Hi, I'm Lee Michaels, the President of ShortSaleShoppers.com.  Jill Pogach Michaels is a well known real estate attorney in the DC real estate market.  I have watched the real estate market go through some drastic changes and now I am amazed at the shear fear in entering the market.

It's a buyer’s market, if you have the proper timing, information and tools.  BUY LOW AND SELL HIGH!  That philosophy has made Warren Buffett, for example, a very wealthy man.  I found that in chaos opportunity are born.  After seeing so many great deals being left on the table (often times because of lack of understanding of the time and process) the idea for this website began.
